Description
The Alentejo, in southern Portugal, is bordered by Spain to the east and the Atlantic Ocean to the west. It is an area of breathtaking scenic beauty, an enviable archaeological and ethnographic heritage and a gastronomic excellence that can be seen, for example, through its wines.

The grape harvest is the harvesting of the grapes that will be used for the production of wine. In Portugal, a major wine producer, the time of harvest always depends on the annual climate (and location). Other factors such as the desired degree of ripeness and the type of wine to be produced must also be taken into account.

In this activity, You will enjoy a visit to a modern and innovative Alentejo winery and learn about and participate in the wine process from the very beginning. Afterwards, you will finish your activity with a lunch of local products in an excellent restaurant.

Experience, in general terms, includes:

  • Activity of 5 hours participating in the grape harvest, visit to the winery and lunch.

  • - Date: During the grape harvest.

COVID Protocol

All our suppliers maintain preventive measures to guarantee your safety: use of masks, hydroalcoholic gel available to users, buffet service at the table and small groups, as applicable.

The reservation does not include:

Everything not mentioned such as mobility, meals, tickets to visit the main attractions of the city, etc. If you wish to extend your stay or hire any additional service or experience in the area please contact us.

Booking and payment policy

Booking Conditions

  • - Booking is subject to availability of the activity (More information at terms and conditions)
  • - During the purchase process, you must let us know your preference in dates in order to book it correctly; or if you prefer, you can contact us beforehand and after confirmation of the places, make the payment. In this case, you will have a period of 24 hours for payment once availability has been confirmed.
  • - If during the checkout process you forgot to specify the desired dates, please contact us to generate the reservation according to your interests. It is important that you contact us within 24 hours to check the availability of the desired dates (by chat or email).
  • - If you have any questions about the purchase and booking process, we can help you by chat or if you prefer by email.

 

Payment and Reservation / Activation Policy

Payment:

  • - Online payments: via the website, directly on this page, via the online shop.
  • - Accepted methods of payment: Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express) or bank transfer.
  • - Payment by bank transfer: you can send us an email to contact@udestinations.es or fill in the contact us form to send you further details.
  • - Once the purchase has been made by any means, you will be sent an email confirming the purchase and the booking, payment and cancellation conditions and all the information necessary to enjoy the booking and make the most of it. We will also ask you for the details of the person who will use it to make the booking.
  • - In case you want to benefit from an active discount or promotion, we remind you that they are not cumulative.

 

Reservation:

  • - You can make your reservation through the web form, stating your intention to make a reservation, with the subject "Harvest Experience and Lunch Reservation" at https://www.udestinations.es/contacto or via email to contact@udestinations.esindicating the desired date and contact details (full name, email and phone number to contact and generate personal reservations).
  • - Once we have received your booking request and confirmed availability, we will send you a confirmation email with payment information, which you must complete within 24 hours.
Cancellation and exchange policy
  • - If the date you are interested in is not available, we can rebook you to another date of interest, make a user transfer or refund you, depending on your preferences.
  • - For any change or inconvenience, please contact us to help you to solve it.
  • - Booking changes and modifications: please contact us at least 3 weeks in advance, as changes are subject to the activity chosen, according to the particular policies of each provider and the change will be subject to availability on the new desired date.
  • - Cancellation with refund applicable if made more than 48 hours before the start of the activity.
  • - In case of cancellation by the service provider, due to weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances, the amount of the activity will be refunded.
  • - If the client does not show up, the activity booked will be forfeited without refund.
  • - In case of transfer of reservation, please, contact us at least 7 days before the date of entry.

- In case of cancellation or modification, uDestinations will not bear the costs incurred for payments, modifications and cancellations such as transaction costs, issuing, shipping, etc. These costs will be borne by the customer in addition to the penalty that applies in each case.
