Extremadura is one of the least known regions in Spain, but it has a great historical and cultural heritage and incredible natural spaces, as well as a wide gastronomic tradition and variety.

The Alentejo, in the south of Portugal, boasts breathtaking scenic beauty thanks to its beaches, an enviable archaeological and oenological heritage and excellent gastronomy. Advice and recommendations

If you want to enjoy your stay and make the most of it, here are some recommendations:

- - If you wish to enjoy the Berrea, the best time is early autumn, we recommend you ask in advance and we will be happy to advise you.
- - Try to make time in your agenda to get to know the area and even take the opportunity to visit wineries, reservoirs and other charming towns nearby. If you wish, we will be happy to organise it and recommend a plan that suits your wishes.

- - It is recommended to take private transport, to have independence and to be able to move easily between the accommodation and the experiences, although most are close, not all are within walking distance, so you can also get to know other areas. It is advisable, especially for travellers going to La Siberia, to have independence and ease of mobilisation outside the included route. If you need to book mobility, do not hesitate to contact us.

- When you purchase a voucher, you purchase an experience for 2 people with the possibility of redeeming or gifting any of the different activities in that category, which gives you more chances to get the right gift or more possibilities to adapt your trip according to the COVID status of your destination of interest.
- You can purchase these experience vouchers at any time and use them at your convenience throughout 2022, regardless of the discount.
- The reservation is subject to availability of the accommodation and the activity. uDestinations does not guarantee the availability of the contracted rate on the chosen date. (More information at terms and conditions)
- Service under the Special Regime for Travel Agencies, under Art. 6.1.n. and 7.1.i of RD 1619/2012, of 30 November.

Payment and Reservation / Activation Policy

Payment:

- The booking will be confirmed once availability is confirmed.

Cancellation and exchange policy

- For this Bonus category:
  - - Booking changes and modifications: Please contact us at least 3 weeks in advance.
  - - The experience can be enjoyed over a period of 1 year.
  - - Up-grade of experience (higher category): You will have to pay the difference.
  - - Cancellation with refund not applicable.
  - - If you do not show up, you will lose the accommodation and the activity booked without refund.
  - - Booking transfer: please contact us at least 10 days before the arrival date.
