The Experience Vouchers include a range of possibilities to choose from according to your tastes and interests, in the region of Extremadura, in Spain and the regions of Alentejo and Centro, in Portugal, discovering the richest, least crowded and exclusive areas of the Iberian Peninsula. They allow you to freely choose the experience you want to enjoy with gastronomic, historical, cultural, relaxing or nature and outdoor activities, among others.

All vouchers in the "Vive" category include, for 2 persons:

      • At least one exclusive experience to choose from to enjoy as a couple.
    •  
      • One night in high quality accommodation, based on comfort, safety and exquisite treatment of the traveller, bed and breakfast + one of the following activities:

All our suppliers maintain preventive measures to guarantee your safety: use of masks, hydroalcoholic gel available to users, buffet service at the table and small groups, as applicable.

The reservation does not include:

Everything not mentioned as mobility to the destination, mobility between activities, meals, tickets to visit the main attractions of the city, etc... unless explicitly specified. If you wish to extend your stay or hire any additional service or experience in the area please contact us.

Advice and recommendations

To enjoy your stay and get the most out of it, we recommend that you private transport. Although many of the experiences are close to the accommodation, not all experiences and lodges are within walking distance. Private transport will give you more independence and allow you to explore other areas nearby. If you need to book mobility, do not hesitate to contact us..

Booking and payment policy

Booking Conditions

  • By purchasing a voucher, you purchase an experience for 2 people with the possibility to redeem or give as a gift, which gives you a better chance of getting the gift right or a better chance of tailoring your trip according to the COVID status of your destination of interest.
  • You can purchase these experience vouchers at any time and use them at your convenience throughout 2022.
  • The reservation is subject to availability of the accommodation and the activity. uDestinations does not guarantee the availability of the contracted rate on the chosen date (more information in terms and conditions).
  • Service under the Special Regime for Travel Agencies, under Art. 6.1.n. and 7.1.i of RD 1619/2012, of 30 November.

Payment and Reservation / Activation Policy

Payment:

  • Online payments: via the website, directly on this page, via the online shop.
  • Accepted methods of payment: Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express) or bank transfer.
  • Payment by bank transfer: you can send us an email to contact@udestinations.es or fill in the contact us form to send you more details.
  • Once you have made your purchase, you will be sent an email confirming your purchase and details of the redemption process.
  • Discount or active promotion: we remind you that they are not cumulative.

Activation / Exchange:

  • Once you have chosen the experience you wish to enjoy, you must contact us with your booking intention.
  • After confirming availability, you will be sent a confirmation email with all the information you need to enjoy your booking and make the most of it.
  • For any need, you should contact us.
  • The booking will be confirmed once availability is confirmed.
Cancellation and exchange policy

For this Bonus category:

  • Booking changes and modifications: Please contact us at least 3 weeks in advance.
  • The experience will be enjoyed before the maturity date of the bond, Dec 2022.
  • Up-grade of experience (higher category): You will have to pay the difference.
  • Cancellation with refund not applicable.
  • If you do not show up, you will lose the accommodation and the activity booked without any right to a refund.
  • Booking transfer: please contact us at least 10 days before the arrival date.

*In any case, uDestinations will not assume the costs generated by payments, modifications and cancellations such as transaction costs, issuance, shipping, etc.. All these will be borne by the customer plus any applicable penalty.
