Experience Vouchers (B1) - "Discover".

With our open experience vouchers, you can choose the desired experience at the time of enjoying the voucher and redeem it over the course of a year. These vouchers are for two people and include:

• • - One night's accommodation in four-star lodgings, based on comfort, safety and exquisite treatment of the traveller.
  • - At least one experience to enjoy as a couple, to choose from the following options:

- Gastronomic Voucher 1:

• 1 night's accommodation with breakfast included.
• 2h winery experience (visit to the traditional winery + wine and cheese tasting).
• Timetable: 12:30h from Mon - Sun.
• Zone: Mérida (Badajoz).

- Historical Bond 1:

• 1 night's accommodation with breakfast included.
• Entrance to the main monuments of the city.
• Timetable: Personalised
• Zone: Mérida (Badajoz).

- Historical Bond 2:

• 1 night's accommodation on half board basis.
• Visit to Mina (10h and 12h every day except Monday).
• Visit the Sistine Chapel of Extremadura.
• Visit the Roman Theatre.
• Zone: Llerena (Badajoz).

Everything not mentioned as mobility to the destination, mobility between activities, meals, tickets to visit the main attractions of the city, etc... unless explicitly specified. If you wish to extend your stay or hire any additional service or experience in the area please contact us.

To enjoy your stay and get the most out of it, we recommend that you private transport. Although many of the experiences are close to the accommodation, not all experiences and lodges are within walking distance. Booking Conditions

• By purchasing a voucher, you purchase an experience for 2 people with the possibility to redeem or give as a gift, which gives you a better chance of getting the gift right or a better chance of tailoring your trip according to the COVID status of your destination of interest.
• You can purchase these experience vouchers at any time and use them at your leisure for up to 1 year.
• The reservation is subject to availability of the accommodation and the activity. uDestinations does not guarantee the availability of the contracted rate on the chosen date. (More information at terms and conditions)
• Service under the Special Regime for Travel Agencies, under Art. 6.1.n. and 7.1.i of RD 1619/2012, of 30 November.

Payment and Reservation / Activation Policy

Payment:

• Online payments: via the website, directly on this page, via the online shop.
• Accepted methods of payment: Credit Card (VISA, MasterCard, Maestro and American Express) or bank transfer.
• Payment by bank transfer: you can send us an email to contact@udestinations.es or fill in the contact us form to send you further details.
• Once you have made your purchase, you will be sent an email confirming your purchase and details of the redemption process.
• Discount or active promotion: we remind you that they are not cumulative.

Activation / Exchange:

• Once you have chosen the experience you wish to enjoy, you must contact us with your booking intention.
• After confirming availability, you will be sent a confirmation email with all the information you need to enjoy your booking and make the most of it.
• For any need, you should contact us.
• The booking will be confirmed once availability is confirmed.

• • For this Bonus category:

    • - Booking changes and modifications: Please contact us at least 3 weeks in advance.
    • - The experience can be enjoyed over the course of 1 year.
    • - Up-grade of experience (higher category): You will have to pay the difference.
    • - Cancellation with refund not applicable.
    • - If you do not show up, you will lose the accommodation and the activity booked without refund.
    • - Booking transfer: contact us at least 10 days before the arrival date.
