Still don't know the Portuguese Venice? Let yourself be surprised by the charm of Aveiro. Its colourful houses, the rides in the moliceiros (typical boats of the Portuguese city) along its charming canals and its sunsets, make Aveiro a fairytale city. It is also a great city to enjoy gastronomic plans and try its cod cooked in a thousand ways, its spectacular seafood and fish, its ovos moles (a typical local sweet) or tripe.

If wine is your thing, you can enjoy a visit to the vineyards and wineries of the Alentejo to learn about the production process of its up to eight designations of origin, such as Évora or Portalegre wine, and marvel at their flavours and sensations, pairing different Alentejo delicacies. In these areas you can enjoy a romantic picnic at sunset among the vineyards or prepare your own wine, putting yourself in the shoes of an oenologist, among many other options. For lovers of good food, we suggest you visit the southern area of Badajoz. Tierra de Barros, La Campiña Sur or Jerez de los Caballeros. This area has a wide range of gastronomic delights, where you can enjoy magnificent acorn-fed hams, which you cannot miss out on.
