Among its mountains, the vines that will give rise to reds with great ageing potential, and fruity ros\u00e9s and whites, grow sheltered by the rock and the climate.<\/div><\/div><\/div><p>The D\u00e3o region is part of the Serra da Estrela, a mountain range of glacial valleys bordering the municipal areas of Seia, Gouveia and Nelas, among others.
